Welcome to Living Loud ("we", "us", "our"), a men's lifestyle brand offering curated skin care product recommendations, self-care guides, and grooming insights. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Account Access

• Living Loud is intended for individuals 18 years and above.
• To access personalized services such as the skin care quiz and product recommendations, users must create an account using a valid email address or mobile number.
• General content (blogs, guides, etc.) is publicly accessible.

2. Skin Analysis & Product Recommendations

• Our skin care quiz is designed to assess skin type, concerns, and budget. Users may also be required to upload a clear photo for analysis.
• The system generates a score out of 100, followed by personalized advice and product recommendations across categories (cleanser, moisturizer, serum, sunscreen).
• Retesting is restricted to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the recommendation engine.
• Living Loud does not provide medical advice, and users are encouraged to consult certified dermatologists for serious skin concerns.

3. Links to External Platforms

• Living Loud recommends products from various brands and may provide links to third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa).
• Such links are offered purely for convenience. Living Loud ensures only the secure and smooth functioning of its own website.
• Upon leaving our website, users acknowledge and accept that they access third-party platforms at their sole risk, and Living Loud assumes no liability for the security, accuracy, content, services, or products available there.
• Living Loud does not sell or supply products directly during the pilot phase, and all related concerns must be addressed with the respective third-party seller.

4. Free and Paid Services

• During the pilot launch, users may access the quiz and recommendations free of charge.
• In the future, Living Loud may introduce paid plans (e.g., Basic, Advance, Premium) with additional benefits. Terms for those services will be updated separately.
• No payments are collected for product purchases during this pilot phase, since all transactions occur on third-party platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on Living Loud, including the quiz, scoring logic, brand name, logo, and website design, is the exclusive property of Living Loud.
• Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse-engineering, in whole or in part, without prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Living Loud provides its recommendations and services strictly on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties.

We disclaim all liability for, but not limited to:

• discrepancies or inaccuracies in quiz results or product recommendations,
• effectiveness, performance, or suitability of products recommended,
• any technical, transactional, or operational issues arising once a user exits our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the aggregate liability of Living Loud, if any, shall be limited to the actual amount paid by the user to Living Loud for the concerned service, if any.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

8. Modifications

• Living Loud reserves the unilateral right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or replace these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
• Revised terms shall become effective upon being posted on this page. By continuing to access or use the services, users are deemed to have accepted such revisions.
• If the user does not agree to the revised terms, discontinuation of the use of the platform shall be the sole remedy.

9. Future Plans on Living Loud

• Living Loud may, from time to time, conceptualize, announce, or display certain service plans or subscription models (including but not limited to Basic, Advance, and Premium tiers) that are indicative of potential future offerings.
• Any such representations of plan structures, benefits, or pricing made available during the pilot stage are illustrative in nature and non-binding.
• Users expressly acknowledge that these plans are not yet operative and may be subject to substantial modification, deferment, or withdrawal at the sole discretion of Living Loud, without any obligation to provide prior intimation.
• The eventual launch, continuation, or alteration of such plans shall be accompanied by a separate and binding set of terms, which will supersede any prior indicative descriptions.
• Users further agree that mere exposure to, or reliance upon, such future plan information during the pilot stage does not constitute a contractual offer or entitlement enforceable against Living Loud.
